Was on the Global Consolidation Team where I assisted in the monthly reporting and consolidations. Also lead the intercompany analysis and review along with my team. Was in charge of internal trainings and announcements and delt with various departments every month. Continuted to prepare and review intercompany reconciliations as well as help oversee the implementation of the the consolidations software, HFM.Previous to the Consolidations role, I worked in the GL accounting team for a legal entity (UL Environment). Includes posting and investigating journal entries. Performs month end close procedures and monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts. Also had staff reports where I monitored their performance, including reviewing their monthly reconciliations and journal entries.Continuously reports to management regarding progress. Also assists with acquisitions into other legal entities.

Conduct external audits, reviews and compilations for corporations, nonprofit organizations, and governmental agencies from the planning stage to issuing independent accountants' reports and financial statements. Serve as Senior Auditor in engagements while training and supervising a small staff group. Work with 3rd party professionals including lawyers, bankers, and insurance companies in order to confirm audit evidence. File tax-exempt organizations Federal Form 990, 1065, 1120, 1120S and multiple 1040 personal returns using ProSystem fx Tax software. Perform extensive Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance engagements for large publicly traded clients.

Assist with preparing workpapers for audit, review and compilation engagements and complete the consolidated and/or combined financial statements and disclosures. Prepare income tax returns for corporations, nonprofit organizations, governmental agencies, employee benefit plans and individuals using ProSystem fx Tax software.
