I love learning new, test new ways to work and improve them. This leads to the fact that I would like to someday educate myself more and get a Masters degree. I studied beside work and graduated under two years on BBA of HR & management. 🧐📚👩‍🎓My name is Kaisa, I live in Vantaa with my husband and our Lapponian Herder dog. Working as an employee and also as a manager have taught me resilience to believe the process, give and take time to adapt, ask and answer correct things. But most of all it have taught me to recognize my own skills, strengths and weaknesses. I expect that work challenges me everyday and I can educate myself on the way because nothing is more interesting than a new information.I'm skilled in work schedule planning, customer service (inner and outer), customer satisfaction, employee training (training, planning and creating layouts), reason-action/head-hand coordination, and O365. I speak and write fluently English, as Finnish is my native language. I'm a part of EWC committee on Selecta and occupational safety and health group.
