Nordic Energy Research is the platform for cooperative energy research and policy development under the auspices of the Nordic Council of Ministers. I represented Finland on the board.

CLC is a member of the We Mean Business coalition and the World Bank Carbon Price Leadership Coalition, and works closely with the UNFCCC.I worked as a strategic leader in a virtual organization. Themes: sustainable business, climate and energy policy, circular economy, emissions trading, member relations, stakeholder management. Accomplishments: created systematic processes and tools for administration, communication, and member value creation, helped more than treble amount of paying members, set up an active energy-sector working group, influenced decision makers in energy and climate-policy issues.

The association’s work is based on the activity by private investors and it cooperates with networks supporting high-growth goals. I was a member of the 2016 board.

The Green party set out to renew its strategy for 2016–2023. I co-chaired the strategy task force with MP Emma Kari and managed a team of 14 volunteers recruited from party members. The main challenge was to formulate a strategy that would remain relevant and withstand fluctuations in the Finnish political arena over a fairly long period of time. A key objective was to involve party members in the process as much as possible. During the project, the team conducted an extensive data analysis, produced a member survey and organized more than 20 workshops with different organs of the party.
