Setting up and developing a new social enterprise which offers zero waste related training and consultancy services, certifications and data-driven solutions to improve performance. I lead on the service development, form and manage partnerships both with customers and our network of specialists as well as other key stakeholders and develop the strategy for the organization.

Designing and formalizing a European wide expertise hub, the Mission Zero Academy, for knowledge, training and practical tools to make zero waste and circular economy a reality in society. From strategy and business plan development to the day-to-day operation of the Academy. Together with local experts and different target groups lead the design of new services, explore opportunities and spread the offering of the Academy.Some of the main focus areas are developing zero waste certification systems both for municipalities and businesses, create educational content and design consultancy packages and workshops. Because the scope of the work is European wide, strong people skills are essential to keep partners and customers in different parts of the continent on board.

Making our partners and customers´life easier and more sustainable by designing new services with circular economy and sustainability in the core. Co-creation, user-centered approach and commercial viability are the key dimensions to make these services success stories. I develop the service offering as a whole, design the processes and tools to conduct the design projects and of course lead the service design projects.

In addition, environmental management and waste management design at events. Circular economy/waste issues + sustainability training are my strengths but have been involved in many other topics, as well.

Building and implementing an environmental management system for a week long gymnastics event with over 21 000 international participants.
