In this role, I contribute to shaping the company’s aspiration to become one of the fastest growing, profitable food & beverage companies in Europe and a sustainable frontrunner in the industry. In addition to my role on the leadership team, I serve as Managing Director of Paulig Belgium, our largest site, which operates three factories and employs nearly 900 people.Prior to Paulig, I had an extensive career at Neste, a global leader in renewables and one of the world’s most sustainable companies, where I held key leadership roles contributing to company’s brand, reputation and culture. Beyond my executive responsibilities, I leverage my expertise in governance and strategic oversight as a Board Member for Lamor Corporation Oyj and Third Rock Finland Oy. I am passionate about leadership development, organizational excellence, and the potential of sustainable business practices to create meaningful change. My contributions to the Finnish business community include serving as Chair of the Board for ProCom, the Finnish Association of Communications Professionals, where I led initiatives to advance the profession for over 3,000 members from 2018 to 2021.
