Current- Currently:I am supporting leading German premium automotive companies in cloud-based system integrations, addressing strategic challenges, and managing complex software development projects. My role involves guiding these companies in adopting cutting-edge technologies, optimizing their IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems as well as delivery of software products in time and budget.- Before:I worked with one of the top European logistics companies, where I took on multiple key responsibilities:Product Owner: Led the functional design and data modeling for a new cloud based core system, including connected handheld devices. I managed the entire product lifecycle, from initial exploration through to successful pilot deployment.Project Management:Oversaw international software roll-outs, ensuring smooth implementation across multiple countries and meeting diverse business needs.International Requirements and Business Analysis:Conducted comprehensive business and requirements analysis on an international scale, aligning IT solutions with business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency.
