But also channel back what improvements that can be made to the product, to make them even more satisfied.The third part has lately been to manage the trial and installation projects, from an early start with initial plans, documentation and offering support, to the very end when the projects are handed over to the support organization.I selected and implemented tools and processes for project management, customer satisfaction and customer service.I created an automatic support tool capturing more than 90% of the potential customer issues before the customer was aware of the issue, giving Teclo an advantage and the possibility to be very proactive.I built long lasting customer relationships by multiple face to face meetings, preparing for future add-on sales and acting as a bridge between sales and technical implementation.
