At Wavecrest, Kaiser innovated and implemented several key technologies applying advanced thermal/mechanical design techniques for electric vehicles (EVs). He was also responsible for developing a full-fledged heat transfer/thermal testing lab for Wavecrest.Earlier, he was with THOMSON as a Staff Member at the Center of Excellence. While at THOMSON, Kaiser played a key role in the development and forming of flat screen television CRTs. Kaiser also spent some time in the academia, teaching thermal and fluid sciences in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Bangladesh Institute of Technology (BIT). Kaiser received his MS and a Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from BUET.
