Looking for someone passionate about creating beautiful and original UI/UX designs with outstanding communication and collaboration skills, a background in neuroscience research, and a welding certification (because why not!)? Look no further! I am a self-motivated and creative professional with a BA in Psychology and years of research experience. I have a dedication to learning how people work in order to create products and designs that have a positive effect on the world.I've always known that I wanted to help people and my journey started with my career as a mental health crisis worker (Qualifed Mental Health Associate) where I conducted thousands of interviews with clients and developed exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills. Although I loved connecting with and helping people who were struggling, working in the mental health field did not feel like a good fit. I knew there were other ways to help people and that's when I discovered Springboard's extensive 700+ hour UI/UX Design Program.
