Manage all aspects of projects. Organize launch meetings. Develop timelines and status reports. Adhere to project budgets. Collaborate with and direct all departments to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects. Serve as primary daily contact with clients. Engage and communicate with KOLs. Work with various vendors and freelance contractors. Assist in the mentoring of project coordinators. Lead project teams autonomously to ensure a successful completion of projects under tight deadlines. Organize a variety of events, speaker programs, KOL encounters, Ad Boards and patient programs. Moderate webinars and organize virutal meetings from begining through completion.
