Senior Manager, Community Development
Current- Lead the strategy and development of community surfaces and programs to support the success of HoneyBook members.- Stakeholder for the ongoing iterations and improvements to our product-member feedback loop as a member advocate.- Cross-functional partner and collaborator between Marketing, Education, Customer Success, and Product Development. - Manage strategic community operations, ensuring a vibrant and supportive environment for the team leading day-to-day responsibilities that support the success of our members.- Highlight moments: growing a new community platform to 10k members in 6 months, implementing a transparent feedback request space garnering 1,000 submissions in the first 90 days, and launching HoneyBook’s first ever public product roadmap.
