Over the course of my career, I've successfully combined my customer service skills with my teaching background to become an incredibly driven but focused Coordinator. By utilising my eye for detail with my fast but forward deliberating thought process.Whilst I mostly work independently, I liaise and coordinate with various on and offsite teams to ensure KPI's and business objectives are strictly adhered to whilst maintaining an impressive NPS.
