It's been such a fun year at Firefly! I love that I get to be customer obsessed in my role, and elevate the voice of our customers. Check out what I've been working on:▪ Launching our first webinar series, and continuing quarterly -- average of 50 attendees with follow up campaigns that our customers are loving▪ Jumping into the role of BDR for a couple of months (calling and leading demos), and hitting quota while helping to revamp the BDR to AE hand offs▪ Launching an onboarding processes for our Customer Success Managers (including training, creating content, and evaluating CES around the process)▪ Gave our knowledgebase a beauty overhaul, and started improving search results and content based on what the data has been telling us▪ Planning and executing sales focused email and calling campaigns centered around new features and partnerships▪ Orchestrating improved customer communications around product releases▪ Strategizing and executing game plans for increasing NPS, CES, and CSAT Scores in various areas of our customer experiences ▪ Helping our customers when escalation in support is neededWhat's coming in year 2? What I loved about this role is that I got to work with the VP of Sales, and the entire Sales team to implement and execute sales strategy, improve software process flow, decrease technological headaches, and help our reps close more deals through efficient methods and practices! Creating content is my hobby and I am passionate about sharing stories and adventures. One of my favorite days each quarter is when I plan out the brand leads, pitch deck, and my game plan for increasing my audience, negotiating brand deals, and then getting to execute the content.
