I am a political science major at Spelman College, aspiring for a career in healthcare law. In my academic career thus far, I have become competent in web design and programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Furthermore, I have recently been inducted as an Alpha Lambda Delta Honors Society member on the Spelman Colleges campus. As a member of Utopia Atlanta, I have cooperated in community building and service with members of the organization during service opportunities such as Books for Africa and workshops for personal development with partnering organizations from the Morehouse College campus. I am also an editorial director for Campus Trailblazers, a digital magazine that is focused on the visibility and promotion of black businesses and student perspectives.I am particularly proud of my involvement with service organizations focused on food insecurity in the metro-Atlanta area, such as AgLanta. I thoroughly enjoyed my time volunteering for the Brown- Mills free food forest and the Five Points rooftop garden in Atlanta. I thoroughly enjoy literature and creative writing.
