About Kaitlan Bui

I am a senior at Brown University studying English literature and East Asian Studies—with interests in history, language, education, and cross-cultural dialogue. Through my writing and research, I seek to amplify Asian (American) voices, explore interdisciplinary topics, and most of all, to fathom the value of the human experience. I am passionate about diversifying both academic and nonacademic canons, specifically of literature. I believe that personal narratives are just as valuable as scholarly analyses, and that knowledge and art should be accessible.I work diligently and whole-heartedly because I know that small things make a world of difference.
