Manager on Duty, Senior Sales Associate, ran all fitness studio operations, strong focus on premium customer service and meeting sales expectations. Work with bringing in new members to the gym and keeping those members happy with the studio. Sales quotas to meet every month as well as marketing experience.

My responsibilities at this job included processing the orders of customers through a POS system while providing the Bombard experience of extreme hospitality, baking the doughnuts, scooping gelato, and making drinks like coffee and specialized hot chocolates. This job relied heavily on teamwork and communication to run smoothly and make sure the customers left with a fantastic experience.

In this role, I support the Central Housing Office and provide exceptional customer service to students, family, and staff in person and over the phone. This includes explaining housing options and upholding the University Housing contract, policies, and deadlines while adhering to FERPA guidelines. Create digital files for students, proof and process applications and other documents into digital filing system. Maintain digital record of documents and charges to students' accounts.

In this role, I worked in many different capacities. I processed customer orders using the POS system, monitored food and supply inventories, prepared and packaged food items per IDPH codes and regulations, and cleaned/organized dining, service, and kitchen areas.
