I’m a seasoned integrated communications strategy leader known for leading by example and motivating those around me to be better — my team, my colleagues, and senior leadership. As a leader, I'm adept at relentlessly prioritizing strategy and seamlessly translating that strategy into actionable plans. I excel at connecting the dots — across channels, across teams, across functions — and building strategies, building teams, building platforms... often from scratch. My career achievements include completely reimagining (and eventually relaunching) a brand’s messaging platform and editorial strategy; updating a content planning process to create more opportunities for integrated multimedia storytelling; and building trust while optimizing collaboration across previously siloed teams and functions. Outside of the office, I’m mom to two amazing kids and two rambunctious lab pups; I'm an avid reader and sometimes writer; I bolster my mental and physical health with morning sessions at a CrossFit box; and I might be SNL's biggest fan (though these days I watch it on Sunday mornings!).
