Marketing Assistant
Current- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing and Professional Services departments, including managing appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and facilitating conference.
- Draft and prepare departmental correspondence, procedural documents, and other internal communications to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate and manage company participation in various trade shows and events, including researching relevant industry events, securing booth space, arranging materials and promotional collateral, and overseeing.
- Manages social media accounts, monitoring traffic, and adjusting strategies to optimize engagement.
- Oversee monthly inventory of marketing materials, including collateral and brochures, ensuring availability and proper distribution.
- Support the annual SNUG Conference by sourcing venues, promoting attendance, coordinating with vendors, and securing promotional items.
