I have created a trauma-informed job training program for survivors of sex trafficking in Canada. I have obtained a certificate in the Neurobiology of Attachment from the National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioural Medicine.I am proficient in dialectical behavioural therapy skills such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I am also a holistic nutritionist with extensive knowledge in the supplements/remedies one can take to promote better physical and mental health and wellbeing.
