Provides programming development and implementation for the Library and its patrons. Coordinates and administers art, craft, printing, makerspace, digital, audio, IT, and other programs to enhance the services of the library. Develops, creates, and implements various programs and classes to meet the needs of the library patrons; maintains a program calendar, markets programs to community, and tracks attendance and statistics. Searches for, selects, and coordinates various professionals and presenters to teach classes and provide content; drafts and completes program proposals and contracts. Organizes, runs, and monitors all, relevant programs within the library; prepares various rooms, sets up tools, tables, and materials, and provides all clean up duties. Contacts and communicates with all patrons on program or class lists; ensures attendance, monitors waiting list, and confirms presenter. Engages, collaborates, and works with other city or library staff; represents the library professionally and accurately. Provides guidance, advice, and instruction to patrons; makes recommendations to help patrons achieve their objectives. Presents programs and assists patrons with various skills within the library. Engages with patrons to promote library programs and services; maintains online calendar, markets programs, and tracks attendance. Assists patrons in Maker Studios with digitization efforts, media editing, 3D printing, and art creation.

Assisted patrons in the Library's Heritage studio, which functions as a space for the public to digitize personal photos, film, and audio formats for no cost, as well as Clearwater Library's special collections and genealogy section. Additionally worked in the rest of the building's Maker Studios, which include stations related to 3D printing, arts and crafts, STEAM, and multimedia production. Lead 3D Printing service and trained new staff and volunteers on the process. Also helped run the library system's social media, posting multiple times a week, creating graphics on Canva, and responding to messages and comments from patrons. Helped fill in for the work reference desk, answering patron questions, placing holds requests, and performing book lookups when needed. Frequently participated in the creation and execution of library programming, including running an adult RPG and board game event twice a month.

Checked in and out various materials and patron holds and evaluated all materials for any damage. Assisted patrons inside the library and responded to inquiries and questions, and also instructed patrons regarding library equipment. Registered new patrons with cards. Handled fines and fees, as well as cash donations. Frequently performed various general reference tasks, assisting with book look ups, hold requests, and other tasks.
