I am currently studying at the University of Washington, in their dual-title Oceanography/Astrobiology PhD program. I'm working with Jodi Young, researching the enzyme RubisCO and its adaptations in various extreme environments, including in sea ice. Previously, I worked with the Cabernard Lab at the University of Washington on RNA-sequencing and asymmetric cell division in fruit flies, and with the Juers Lab at Whitman College on X-ray cryo-crystallography and protein crystal cooling.My publications include:Harrison, K., B.
