I currently work as a Research Intern at the Wisconsin Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center under both Dr. Okonkwo and Dr. Hancock. I examine the relationships between Alzheimer’s and physical activity as well as the correlation between MS and Alzheimer’s through a variety of roles and tasks. I help with recruitment and study visits while also contributing to data analysis, neuroimaging, and the writing of manuscripts.

I am an undergraduate research assistant at the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Disease Research Center under Dr. Okonkwo. In his lab, I utilize the program PC VIPR to analyze MRI scans, detecting specific cerebral arteries which will be measured based on their pulsatility values. I have become very familiar with Terminal operations and Microsoft Excel. When not extracting data with PC VIPR, I also do image quality checks and data entry. I am Clinical Dementia Rating certified as well as Walk-Test Certified. I work in SPSS to run data analysis for my own personal projects. I presented my most recent findings at INS 2018 in Washington D.C. and am currently working on a continuation of that project with more participants.

I recently began a job at Ian's Pizza in Madison, WI. Here, I work with customers to take orders, answer questions, prepare food, and ensure a quality experience for all. The fast-paced environment requires diligence, a positive attitude, and firm work ethic.

I was a leader representative at Pizza n' Pasta where I worked to ensure customers were greeted respectfully and promptly, managed fellow employee work ethic, and maintained a clean and safe work environment. I often assisted customers through utilization of product knowledge, organized and stocked the pizzeria, and either joined in the preparation of food or processed customer transactions at the register.
