I'm an analytical and multifaceted employee who quickly learns and applies new concepts and skills efficiently with over six years of professional experience in writing instruction, learning and development, research and DEI implementation, as well as over eight years in training delivery and mentorship. I’m enthusiastic about helping others further knowledge and foster meaningful engagement while being self-motivated to develop my own skills and expertise. My areas of expertise include interpersonal written, visual and verbal communication, research, organization, DEI implementation, multitasking, presentations, instructional design and excellent relationship building, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Canva and learning management systems (LMS).I hold a B.A. in English - Literature option and an M.A. in Literature from California State University, Fresno specializing in research and amplifying marginalized voices. When not performing work endeavors, I am often outdoors hiking, trail running, exploring rivers, cultivating my organic edible garden, researching for fun or spending time with my cats and new puppy.
