CurrentAct as liaison between the customer and the hotel by directing each department within the hotel as to the client's needs and wants.Serves as onsite contact to our clients during their meeting and events.Detailing meetings through banquet event orders and communicates these details to operations.Clerical duties such as filing for Director of Sales, printing breakfast coupons, etc.Conducts weekly Banquet Event Order Meetings with Engineering and F&B departments.Distributes group resumes to each department.Posts banquet charges to house accounts and completes banquet analysis daily.Inputs groups in R&I/rooming lists.Books meetings of twenty or less.Books wedding blocks.Follow up with clients on bookings.Assist with site inspections.Responsible for being Sales contact in absence of Dir of Sales / Sales Manager.Assists with front desk check ins/check outs when needed.
