• Operated as the lead point of contact for AuPairCare’s overseas partner offices in Latin America, Asia, South Africa and Eastern Europe. Managed up to 27 different partner accounts in 17 countries and 1,300 participants annually. • Trained overseas offices on the company’s database, websites and au pair program guidelines. Traveled to overseas offices to aid in both participant recruitment and to conduct in person partner training sessions. • Reviewed and screened au pair applications to ensure compliance with U.S. Department of State regulations, contributed articles for partner newsletters and conducted regularly scheduled meetings with all local overseas representatives. • Analyzed, monitored and reported on partner recruitment, goals, promotions, visa denials, country trends and created quarterly partner reports to track actual progress toward forecasts.• Experience with hiring, training and managing a team of interns with a strong focus on coaching and mentoring.• Worked cross-functionally with sales, marketing and operation teams to introduce new product launches and policies.• Developed and implement new approaches focused on our customers to improve account management practices.
