• Act as the first post-sales point of contact with customers to update Salesforce account pages with accurate information and expedite onboarding. • Utilize Gainsight tasks and Salesforce implementation service records to determine customer needs and track internal and external communications regarding each account. • Communicate with customers via manual and automated emails to facilitate the technical onboarding process and ensure timely access to purchased digital curriculum. Support customers who have questions while completing documentation.
