As a Talent & Culture Specialist at Operation Smile Canada (OSC), I assist and provide a high level of support to the CEO, the VP, Talent & Culture, and OSC's program volunteers, staff, and community and student engagement programs. I play an integral role in helping to achieve our departmental and organizational goals, act as a supportive liaison to the Board of Directors, and conduct administrative tasks.I have a Graduate degree in International Development from Humber College and 2 Bachelor's degrees in Political Science, and Development Economics from the University of Guelph. I am passionate about transforming communities through comprehensive care, and I have skills in writing, research, and administration.
