Profile bio

About Kaitlin Hildreth

I am a pediatric critical care RN by background, now post MPH/MBA at Johns Hopkins, super passionate about the use of healthcare data to drive business operations and critical decision-making.I am driven to bridge the disconnect between public health and healthcare delivery. I recognize "public health" is not a department, it is a way of life, and it should be piloted in every single business for short-term scalability and long-term sustainability. I seek to build a trust conscious infrastructure for current and future threats. This systematic structure starts by creating relationships and collaborative partnerships at the real frontline - in our homes, communities, neighborhoods, and school grounds. Implementing early interventions with reinforcement learning capabilities will address root causes that will in turn provide customized playbooks for self-sufficiency and resilience.Fun Facts: I am an avid outdoor enthusiast. I love to hike, bike, and swim. I played soccer at Boston College and am a two-time Boston Marathon runner. Currently training for the Saint Michaels half marathon in May in Maryland!
