- Create, implement, and maintain a successful company-wide referral program• Consistently exceed quarterly metrics relating to time-to-fill, time-to-start,candidate satisfaction, and hiring manager satisfaction• Successfully manage full-cycle recruiting process in a high-growth environment (up to14 open roles as a single recruiter)• Recruit across all departments including Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, Design,and Development for all level roles (including high-level management and leadershipteam)• Partner with Hiring Managers to develop long-term recruiting strategies• Work cross-functionally to develop a scalable recruiting model to use across the Formstack platform• Attend webinars and conferences to consistently improve and modernize Formstack’s recruiting model• Source candidates using cost-effective means including internet searches, advertising, and networking• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in Jazz ATS and Monday softwares• Create company-wide Talent Acquisition training program to educate internal employees and hiring managers on Formstack’s recruiting and interview processes• Create and maintain a recruiting calendar for hiring managers/team leads to check the status of applicants• Create and maintain an active pipeline of candidates

-Make up to 150 calls per day to recruit for open positions in the HR and Accounting/Finance industries (entry-level through senior leadership)-Maintain pipeline of eligible and available candidates to maintain quick-fill rate-Complete full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for both temporary and permanent roles-Consistently meet interviewing, call volume, and candidate connection metrics
