About Kaitlin Koehler

Starting my career as a classroom teacher, seemed like a bit of a stretch from my Journalism degree. What began as a way to apply my Spanish language skills and expand post-graduation pathways for students on Chicago’s west side, has led me to a successful career in program management, coaching, and curriculum/instructional design within global settings. Equity drives my daily decision-making. Building relationships and creating space for honest conversation in the workplace have been catalysts for my most profound learning experiences. I want to replicate this experience for all employees where they can find a mentor or coach, feel a sense of belonging, and be armed with the tools to approach their work with confidence. IMMEASURABLE SKILLS: ✅ Strategic: create alternative ways to proceed, quickly spotting patterns and issues ✅ Relator: build relationships; deep satisfaction in collaborating to achieve a goal✅ Learner: 🔥 desire to learn and want to continuously improve ✅ Responsibility: taking ownership and accountability; committed to honesty and loyalty✅ Futuristic: inspired by what could be; energize others about my vision for the future

Listed skills include Writing, Powerpoint, Public Speaking, Literacy, and 19 others.
