Hello everyone! I'm Kaitlin Lindquist, and I have always had a passion for supporting the community, building strong relationships, and assisting businesses to achieve growth. I believe that every community has the potential for greatness, and it is our collective responsibility to help it flourish.I have had the opportunity to work with various communities and businesses, helping them to achieve their goals. My goal is to always build strong relationships that are based on trust, transparency, and open communication. I believe that this is the key to success in any venture, whether it be supporting local businesses or engaging with community leaders. With this said, I have taken on the role of Membership Educator for the GreaterRNBA to pursue my passions on a much larger scale, and as a result, I have found great success in my career.My passion for community support and business growth has led me to develop a diverse skill set. I am skilled in leadership, communication, and conflict resolution to name a few; which enables me to connect with individuals from all backgrounds and industries. Additionally, I graduated with my BBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and have achieved my LIFE and KT-PSDM certifications, which have equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to tackle any challenge that may arise.In summary, I am passionate, driven, and committed to supporting the community and businesses.
