+Office management of team of 35+ medical providers, clinical staff, and other administrative personnel+Assists with business-related financial duties such as tracking accounts, producing financial reports, and providing budget preparation support.+Maintenance of leadership’s and departmental calendars, including making appointments, arranging meetings, scheduling departmental activities, and arranging travel as well as making arrangements for facilities and audiovisual equipment as needed.+Answering phones and routing calls or answering needs of incoming visitors/physicians. +Maintenance of financial records and budget of departmental funds on a large scale. +Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by departmental and hospital leadership.+Credentialing, management, and upkeep of all clinical requirements for cardiac and thoracic bases practice in NC. +Writing, editing, implementing and enforcing department wide policy and procedure to maintain cohesive work environment. +Creation, management, and direction of all on call, surgical, and transplantation scheduling, as well as payroll administration. +Assisting in all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, from initial search to hire.
