A temporary position with the QuickChek New Jersey Festival of Ballooning for the Summer of 2018 and 2019. I managed existing accounts and closed new sales in addition to overseeing elements of sponsorship fulfillment completed by the Sponsorship, Marketing and Media Assistant. On-site management of Sponsors, Marquee Partners and Vendors throughout the festival weekend built relationships with clients and promoted positive experiences for both patrons and exhibitors. Post-festival responsibilities included working with the Director of Corporate Partnerships to create Event Recap Reports for major Sponsors and Exhibitors.

As the assistant to the Executive Producer, I completed daily administrative tasks and supported the fulfillment of house accounts leading up to the festival. I initiated media trades with both local and national outlets including radio, television, print, digital and OOH for prominent advertising opportunities. Radio spots were crafted to reflect the headlining music acts and entertainment highlights of the festival. In addition, I answered to the Director of Corporate Partnerships and the Corporate Partnership Coordinator for sponsorship fulfillment and organization of all vendors for the final festival map and online listings.On-site responsibilities included marking and mapping out individual booth locations, supervising vendor check in, credential package preparation and maintaining exhibitor happiness. Consistent check-ins with sponsors and upkeep of runways made for a positive exhibitor and consumer experience to provide returning business on both ends year after year.

The QuickChek New Jersey Festival of Ballooning is a three day event that takes place at Solberg Airport in Readington, NJ at the end of July each summer. Recognized as the largest summertime hot air balloon and music festival in North America, an estimated 165,000 of our closest "balloonatic" friends join us to celebrate with balloons, tunes and booms! I have worked the three day event onsite beginning July 2013 to July 2016 in multiple positions including Main Gate ticket sales and customer support, VIP and concert upgrade ticket sales, and pre-event phone operator in 2018.Extensive knowledge of the event was key in order to provide excellent customer service to patrons throughout the years. In addition, patience and professionalism was necessary while working with a large volume of guests in extreme conditions that could effect the festival and daily schedules such as extreme heat, rain/thunderstorms, and wind. My ability to adapt to these changes and issues that popped up on-site prepared me for further positions with the company and how to properly problem solve while under pressure.
