- Managed and oversaw countless documentaries (including those in APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions) from pick up, through budgeting, to launch ensuring strategic management of the budget while ensuring compliance, safety, and diligence protocols were observed in the field. - Production kick-off meetings and liaison between cross-vertical internal departments (creative, finance, legal, post-production, diligence, tax, insurance, production HR, safety and security, labor, FCPA compliance, diversity and inclusion, product creative, and content marketing). - Served as the primary contact throughout pre-production, production, and post for countless external production service companies.- Implemented tools that help maintain team alignment in terms of both legal and financial precedent in the space to manage inflation and minimize spend creep.- Worked closely with our studio application engineers and product teams to improve and implement new functions and features for internal and external platforms.- Winner of product Hackathon competition. Championed the tool that resulted in an estimated 500,000 hours being put back into employee’s days. Due to employee response and support for the tool the company reallocated and expanded engineering efforts to support, maintain, and further develop the initiative. Tool is still operating today with a plan to deprecate in Q3 2022 as the functionalities have since been built into other existing infrastructure.
