Kaitlin’s career is shaped by diverse experiences across economic development, innovation and entrepreneurship, digital technology, and international relations. A skilful public affairs and policy advisor, Kaitlin has worked with a broad range of organisations to develop, execute, and communicate programs of work and advocacy positions:- During her time with Enterprize, Kaitlin co-designed and delivered the first iteration of Tasmania’s only industry-agnostic incubator program, supporting over 50 early-stage founders, and playing a pivotal role in evolving the Tasmanian startup ecosystem. - While leading the operations of the Australian Digital Inclusion Alliance, she was a key contributor to a number of policy positions recognised at the Federal level, including on digital capability, device reuse, and broadband affordability.- Her current role within Trade Tasmania is focused on international partnerships and stakeholder engagement, including managing the work programs under Tasmania’s Sister State agreements with Washington State and Fujian Province.Kaitlin also serves on the Board of Regional Development Australia (Tasmania), having held the position of Secretary and Public Officer since 2021.
