I was responsible for reporting any mention of abuse or neglect in the campers' households to camp directors and counseling staff. To qualify for this position, I completed the rigorous Red Cross CPR and Lifeguard certification. As a lifeguard, I assisted patrons while they swam and provided minor first aid assistance. I worked closely with other lifeguards and we trained weekly to review the YMCA's Emergency Action Plans. I performed routine chemical checks of the pool to ensure that the chlorine concentration met state-mandated codes. I assisted with daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool.

I catalogued product information for medical braces on multiple interdepartmental platforms. I monitored phone calls with clients and filed medical documentation with the goal of confirming medical insurance information. I worked closely with Medicare and UnitedHealth care representatives.
