I began my career as a front desk agent 6 years ago. Through out the years have earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration and journeyed through multiple departments including Food and Beverage, Event Operations, and now, Conference Services. I have passion for working with meeting planners to ensure that our hotel provides a perfect event, providing creative solutions, and managing customer value and hotel revenue and profitability. As a hotel partner, I always strive to exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional service. I thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that every detail is communicated and executed flawlessly through meticulous organization.
