Kaitlyn is the Director of Strategic Growth, Corporate Affairs and Marketing at Built. Working with cross functional teams across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, Kaitlyn is responsible for identifying key sectors and emerging markets, government relations, PR and media, marketing and communications, and submissions.Working closely with Built’s Executive and Senior Management Team, she has been instrumental in Built’s successful sector diversification and growth across Health, Defence and Government. Today, Built is a $2.4bn construction and development group delivering some of Australia’s largest and most forward-thinking projects including Atlassian Central $1b precinct.Along with an established broad network of industry leaders and stakeholders, she has been active in contributing to multiple industry forums and committees including Diversity & Inclusion, Education & Precincts for Property Council of Australia and is a Board Member of the Australian Constructors Association (ACA). Kaitlyn holds an MBA from the London School of Business and Finance and has completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education program in the US.
