Aided with surgery preparation and observed procedures. Interacted, and effectively communicated with several different types of medical professionals. Shadowed in physician's clinic appointments and learned how to interpret ultrasound pictures, read charts, and recognize medications for specific treatment types. Completed a pamphlet to provide to office that informed patients of what to expect throughout their pregnancy in regards to testing, appointment frequency, common symptoms of pregnancy and signs of active labor.

Multitasked and remained organized to provide exceptional service to all members. Took orders and ensured guest satisfaction with all service. Established relationships with the members to ensure a meaningful experience. Maintained professionalism when addressed coworkers and members.

Trained new employees and instilled beneficial habits. Managed the completion and delegation of closing duties. Prepared orders and processed transactions.

ISM is a course offered in the Frisco Independent School District. It allows students to pursue their own career passions through a series of interviews, research papers, and an inevitable mentorship. This class promotes effective communication, organization, research skills, as well as professionalism. This class ends in a detailed presentation including the culmination of our year's work and experiences. I was able to be involved at a patient case study throughout this course.
