Manage projects of limited to moderate size and scope and provide support to senior project managers on larger, more complex projects. Responsible to manage routine environmental permitting processes; develop stakeholder communications plans; develop, negotiate, and manage routine to moderately complex consultant contracts, budgets and schedules for design and construction; monitor and coordinate consultant and contractor activities; and coordinate with internal Port departments and other government agencies on routine and moderately complex issues. Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Microsoft Project. • Notable projects managed independently include successful delivery of the refurbishment of the nursing rooms at the Port’s headquarters with a budget of $182,000; ongoing project management of the Terminal 117 Art and Interpretive Signage; Public Art and Interpretive Signage Projects for the Fishermen’s Terminal Redevelopment with a combined budget of $340,000; and Terminal 5 Stormwater Treatment System Upgrades, including the administration of a $6.6 million Department of Ecology grant. Continued support of senior project managers on projects including the Terminal 5 Quiet Zone and Fishermen’s Terminal Site Improvements and Maritime Innovation Center. Special assignments included development and implementation of a comprehensive lessons learned process; coordination and facilitation of lessons learned meetings with internal and external project team members.

Responsible for assisting senior Port capital project managers in the initiation, planning, monitoring, and closeout of projects of varying scope and complexity throughout the Port’s maritime properties. Demonstrated proficiency in project scheduling; contract negotiations and management; internal and external stakeholder coordination and communication; project manual development and maintenance; and set up, coordination and participation in design review processes under direct supervision of senior project managers. Notable projects include the Terminal 46 Cruise development; completion of Terminal 5 Redevelopment Master Use Permits Conditions: Railroad Quiet Zone, Access Bridge Load Rating and Channelization, and Public Right of Way Signalization; and several environmental remediation and sustainability projects.

Responsible for monthly billing for the Port of Seattle’s three recreational marinas, managing over 1,400 slips to maintain an occupancy rate of at least 96%, and continuous communication with existing and prospective clients to ensure a positive customer experience. This role includes ongoing participation and leadership in continuous process improvements and innovation for increasing occupancy and opening revenue streams.

Perform marina front desk and administrative work, while providing high-quality customer service to marina tenants, guest moorage customers, and the general-public. Individual, specialized tasks include ongoing customer compliance projects with insurance and environmental policies, re-development of a customer handbook to better suit customer needs, and information compilation and analysis to help improve marina processes and policies. I was also a part of the teams reorganizing and revitalizing the sublease process and policy and portions of the moorage processes. I also served on the 2017 planning committee for the Port's Community Giving Campaign kick off event.Currently serving as the acting moorage coordinator. Responsible for billing and new moorage assignments for the Recreational Boating group.
