I offer a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, along with six years of experience working in increasingly responsible restaurant positions of all levels while attending school full time. In my current position as an employee at the fine dining steakhouse Frankie Rowland’s, my primary responsibilities are centered on ensuring every customer’s needs are met, maintaining a positive work environment between employees, clear and effective communication between tables and the kitchen, and contributing to a positive brand development. Before arriving at Frankie Rowland’s, I was a long-term employee at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen where I was put into a corporate level training position and eventually an assistant manager. This opened up my skill set by teaching me to effectively communicate with people of many different cultural backgrounds. It also allowed me to see how a business and its staff is handled from an administrative aspect, which led me to focus on Social Sciences and Cultural Development while earning my degree.
