As a Risk Manager and Assumptions Analyst, she earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from developing an improved risk management system which yielded an increased number of risks raised, analysed and mitigated, saving both the design organisation and company a significant amount of time and money. Further as an Assistant Project Manager, she supports the design delivery of several miles of rail track, contributing significantly to the electrification and modernisation of the West of England railway.
