Lead student Customer Service and Facility Assistants, helping them to reconcile monetary transactions, check out equipment, and answer patron questions and concerns to ensure a satisfactory customer experience. Respond to and de-escalate medical emergencies, conduct issues, and other discrepancies within the facility in a prompt and effective manner. Ensure the safety of patrons within the building and manage the desk to avoid any stock issues, missing equipment, or troubling situations.

Assist patrons with all recreation needs while stationed as the first point of entry into the facility. Answer patrons’ questions about sports or the Campus Recreation facilities, provide equipment through rentals, sell drinks and food for purchase, and help with schedules and programs. Work with other CSAs to provide patrons with the best experience possible.

Supervise the fitness and general building facilities by responding to injuries and situations, cleaning and organizing areas and equipment used by patrons, offering knowledge of Campus Recreation policies and procedures, enforcing such policies, and roving the fitness areas.

Greet and engage with customers within the store and share a wide product knowledge. Organize merchandise in an orderly manner and maintain current floor plans in the store. Suggest and help the customers choose clothing in a welcoming and kind manner by escorting them to certain displays within the store. Answer questions and help problem-solve during different situations to please customers and provide great customer service and experience.
