I am currently working with a group in my Marketing Strategy class to come up with a Marketing Plan for Girls on the Run. My team is currently assigned to work in the Promotional Aspect of this class. Currently we have taken survey data of the GOTR race that took place in December of 2023 and we have imputed this data into SPSS, a statistical site. We are working on running certain statistical tests to determine if anything is significant. We will be presenting our findings to GOTR in May.

For my Marketing Research class at DeSales University, I worked with a group of students for the company Special Olympics. We learned how to preform experiments through surveys. We surveyed as many Special Olympic Athlete and Spectators during the DeSales Special Olympics in October. We asked them many questions to get a full understanding of how they felt about Special Olympics. Questions ran from whether they liked parking, length of activity, scoring rules and more. The Goal was to then compare our information with other groups from our class and create a report of different analysis and statistical tests to determine what Special Olympics has been exceeding at verses what they have not. We were able to find out some interesting information with this research and presented our data findings to a Special Olympics coordinator themselves.

Managed numerous employees into being their best selves when at AMC and was head of different areas such as F&B and Crew Engagement. For F&B, I was in charge of completed counts of our inventory every week and ordered what we need. As Crew Engagement, I am in charge of creating fun ideas to get out crew excited to work at AMC. I have done this through utilizing AMC's newest platform "Workplace". I have created many in-house contests for the crew to help better their performance. In the back-of-house, I completed cash counting, movie scheduling and consistent customer service. I have become a problem solver and have learned ways to deescalate the situation when a customer arrives upset. I have been able to travel o different AMC's to help out their theatres when in need/ down a manager. At the other theatres I have been to, I have taken on new roles and worked well with many new teams.

I worked with the gift shop coordinator on digital projects to enhance their look of their gift shop. Their goal was to transition their gift shop to have an online, ecommerce site where they sell logo wear. I worked on creating custom made address labels, envelope wrappers and signs for their giftshop. I worked with their marketing team to learn the basics on how St. Luke's markets their products and what their logo colors mean and when to apply them. I was also able to be introduced to many sales associates who would frequently be in to sell us items.
