Revitalized the volunteer program and method of recruiting and organizing volunteers. These changes doubled the previous year’s logged volunteer hours and quadrupled the total number of volunteers in the volunteer database in six month’s time.

Managed guest accounts online using specialized computer programs. Created personalized activity schedules and itineraries for guests. Responded to last minute changes and communicated changes with staff and guests.

Harper, Texas

Directed all horse operations at a summer camp. Responsible for care and maintenance of a herd of 26 horses. Planned and executed daily arena lessons and trail rides for 300 youth and adults for each summer of employment. Completed weekly rider evaluations and horse assignments for each camper and adult. Reworked feeding program and several other aspects of the horse program resulting in the camp saving multiple thousands of dollars per summer while offering better care for both horses and campers.
