My craft is designing impactful leadership experiences. I'm working with Merlin leaders all over the world to become a stronger, more unified network, aligned behind common vision, purpose, and values. Currently, my focus is on embedding our newly launched values into every Merlin attraction and team around the world. I'm also utilizing the momentum from our Go Forward leadership event to develop leaders who are strategic, kind, and conscientious. More new and exciting projects to come!!

In one of the greatest experiences of my life, I led a team of 30+ from 4 different countries to design and run a leadership experience for 336 leaders from around the globe. I love teaching both jazz and ballet to adults of all levels of experience. With more than 20 years of dance training, I use the skills I have learned to help others feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies and their abilities. I especially enjoy teaching and encouraging others to express their creativity and become stronger through this beautiful art form!

With 20+ years of dance and performing arts training, I love using my skills to help create spectacular musical theater productions. This job requires the ability to work well with people of all ages and dance levels to make them look polished on stage. It requires patience, flexibility, and the ability to balance an extremely busy schedule. Recent credits include choreographing "The Sound of Music" at the Scera Center for the Arts.

As a legal intern at McKay, Burton & Thurman, I drafted court filings for cases regarding family law, bankruptcy, and civil litigation. I wrote letters to corporate clients regarding recommendations on employment issues. Additionally, I researched various issues and reported to multiple attorneys, attended bankruptcy proceedings and improved my professional communications skills.

Prepared and taught classes of 45 students, facilitated communication with professor and students on class content and procedures, and answered student questions on class material and graded projects and quizzes.

Organized office staff training, secretary schedules, and weekly staff meetings; handled confidential student and faculty information; and communicated regularly with students, faculty, staff, and the public.
