After two years as a Product Consultant and 5 years with the JCPenney company, Kaitlyn was chosen to transition into a leadership role as SEC to help fearlessly lead the team to drive sales and improve overall customer satisfaction. Kaitlyn works closely with the Beauty Leader and fellow managers to stay on track with corporate standards, including updating visuals and improving core standards. Responsibilities also include training incoming Product Consultants and keeping the team updated on the latest styles and trends, resulting in higher customer satisfaction. In addition, Kaitlyn uses her experience and knowledge to service multiple clients while simultaneously running the sales floor in a fast-paced retail environment.
