My experience in retail sales management gave me the knowledge and confidence to run a team and communicate with other associates and clients to fulfill their needs. Treating everyone I encounter with authenticity, respect, and kindness in any situation is of utmost importance to me. I have excellent time management and organization skills and strive to exceed any expectations set for me. I consider it a talent of mine to learn people well enough to anticipate their needs to ensure maximum efficiency in the work field. Taking accountability for my actions, leading by example, and always striving to do better and be better is what makes me a great leader and manager. That mindset helped me excel at my job as a veterinary technician, allowing me to start as a stall attendant and move to lab technician with no previous experience in just 6 months. Upper management and leaders know they can count on me to be the best I can be and give my all at any job I am handed. Even if I don’t currently have the required knowledge or experience for a position, I am a quick study and believe that you can’t teach a good work ethic and that is something I bring to the table.
