Manage all client schedules for audition purposes. Coordinate client shooting schedules with production, as well as prepare/vet deal memos and travel packages duringproduction. Schedule post-production responsibilities such as ADR, PR, and post production appearances with production. Work with television productions such as THE GIFTED, DYNASTY, WYNONNA EARP, BOSCH, RANSOM, DESIGNATED SURVIVOR and others. Edit client self-tapes and demo reels, update resumes and IMDBPro pages,update Casting Workbook, and maintain Breakdown Express profiles. Provideadministrative support when needed, including invoice preparation and telephone assistance.

Calling out all auditions received via Casting Workbook, Breakdown Express and CastingNetworks to clients for three ETM Agents. Maintain client schedule and resumes with eachbooking. Correspond with casting or L.A Partners on deal memo points and send bookinginfo to casting. Invoicing for Client and Agency on all non-union projects. Editing andsending out self-tapes and demo reels. Maintain front desk, telephones and mail.

Encourage and create fan interaction and excitement at all Toronto Maple Leafs homegames, including crowd cheers, in-stand promotions, game give-aways and interactivegames/activities.

Produce content on various social media outlets for Virgin Radio, CHUM FM and TSN. Writepromotional content or create video to engage viewers in news, entertainment and variousevents the station takes part in. Coordinator at the MUCH MUSIC VIDEO AWARDS.

Narrate entertainment video updates weekly for the BuzzBug. The video consists of the most buzz-worthy social media moments of the week.

Produce website content that focuses on breaking news and entertainment. Create and post social media content that attracts online viewers to the BuzzBugg website and specific articles. Utilize social media to research and develop stories.
