I am Kaitlyn Cramton, a graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn. I live in a small town called Flat Rock, Michigan, which is within the Downriver area. I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing. My hope is find a role where I can show off my strengths as an employee.While I was in school, I interned with Public Relations/Event Planning at After 5 Detroit, which allowed me to gained new skills such as:• Website Management• Planning eventsIn addition to these tasks, I also facilitated events hosted by employer by working behind the scenes.Since graduating in August 2018, I have interned for Quicken Loan's marketing team and helped my former employer from After 5 Detroit launch a new website, Little Guide Detroit.Additionally, I have worked as a Department Supervisor at Kohls in Woodhaven from May 2019 until November 2019, but in October I was promoted to Customer Service Area Supervisor.Currently, I am a Business Development Center Coordinator for the Business Unit at General Motors. Since being hired in January 2020, I have been asked to work on multiple teams because of my willingness to be a team player. I believe that through all of my experiences, I have gained many skills that would make me a great asset to any team.
